Restraints

Restraint is at the heart of many BDSM dynamics: the feeling of being held in place, or of holding someone there. This is where we keep our leather restraint gear, cut, stitched and finished by hand. More pieces are on the way.

The Spreader Bar Set

A 74 cm / 29 in leather-wrapped bar with two wrist cuffs and two ankle cuffs, all in black cowhide with gold-tone hardware. One set, four ways to play:

• Ankles apart: cuff both ankles to the bar.
• Wrists to ankles: add the wrist cuffs to bring wrists and ankles to the same bar.
• Behind the neck: rest the bar across the shoulders and cuff a wrist at each end.
• Cuffs on their own: clip the D-rings to any other restraint.

Free embossing on the cuffs: add a name or initials in the order note at checkout.

Looking for rope?

Our pre-tied rope harnesses, including one with a matching wrist restraint, are in the Harnesses collection. No knot-tying needed.

A Note on Safety

Restraint can limit movement and circulation. Agree on a safeword or stop signal first, check circulation and comfort often, keep safety shears within reach, and never leave a restrained partner alone.

FAQ

Do I need experience?

No. The cuffs buckle like a belt and attach to each end of the bar, so there's nothing to tie. Many people start with the cuffs alone and add the bar once they're comfortable.

Will the cuffs fit me?

Wrist cuffs fit 16.5–25 cm / 6.5–9.8 in, and ankle cuffs fit 26–31 cm / 10.2–12.2 in. Measure around your wrist or ankle where the cuff will sit. If you're outside these ranges, message us.

Can I use it solo?

We recommend using restraints with a partner you trust, so someone can release you quickly if needed.
